Skis
We craft high-quality skis featuring full sidewall sandwich construction for alpine, touring, backcountry, freeride, and freestyle skiing. Choose from over a dozen available shapes, or submit your design specifications to create a ski tailored to your preferences.

Snowboards, Snow Bike boards and more
In addition to our specialized ski manufacturing, we offer four snowboard shapes and two splitboard shapes for open use. We also provide the opportunity to create a custom design based on your specifications. Our capabilities include building various shapes, and with custom tooling, we can produce snow sports products featuring sandwich, mix cap, or full cap construction.

High Quality Materials
Utilizing high-performance materials is essential for creating durable, top-quality products. We source 90% of our materials from the USA, which not only reduces costs but also guarantees a high-standard American-made product. Materials can be ordered for your specific build project, provided there is sufficient lead time for production.

The Process
We offer several options for your product. Once you start a conversation with us, we will provide a detailed overview of the materials we have in stock as well as those that can be quickly sourced to meet your needs. We support prototyping and smaller orders with low minimum quantities, making it easier for new brands to get started.
Orders placed before July 31st are expected to be delivered by October 31st. Our OEM production for external brands runs from May through October. Orders placed outside of this period will be accepted but will be treated as backorders, scheduled after our in-season company orders unless expedited charge is added.
